Measurement of the overall height of the plastic bottle: The so-called overall height of the bottle refers to the vertical distance from the mouth of the bottle to the bottom of the bottle. The test method is to place the plastic bottle on a horizontal surface and touch the vernier caliper to the highest point of the bottle mouth. Then rotate the bottle body 360°, read the maximum and minimum size values, and check whether they are consistent with the size of the design drawing. For example, the height dimension error of 40～60 mL bottles should be controlled within ±0.5 mm.

The measurement of the outer diameter of the plastic bottle mouth: the specific measurement method is to put the measuring tool scale across the center of the bottle mouth, avoid the position of the bottle body parting line, and the main shaft is close to the thread of the mouth, and the round bottle mouth Rotate 360°, measure the maximum and minimum values, and compare them with the design drawing of the bottle body. The error of the outer diameter should be controlled within 0.1 mm of soil.

The measurement of the outer diameter and size of the plastic bottle: the measurement method is to use the measuring surface of the vernier caliper to touch the measurement point of the maximum outer diameter of the bottle body, close the vernier caliper, and then rotate the plastic bottle 360°, and record the maximum and minimum dimensions , The error should be controlled within the range of 0.1 mm.
