PP material generally refers to polypropylene.
Polypropylene is a thermoplastic resin made by the polymerization of propylene. According to the position of the methyl group, there are three types: isotactic polypropylene, atactic polypropylene, and syndiotactic polypropylene.
Polypropylene is a non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless milky white highly crystalline polymer with a density of only 0.90–“0.91g/cm3. It is one of the lightest varieties of all plastics. It is particularly stable to water. The water absorption rate in water is only 0.01%, and the molecular weight is about 80,000 to 150,000. The moldability is good, but because of the large shrinkage rate (1%~2.5%). Thick-walled products are easy to dent, and the accuracy of some dimensions is higher. The parts are difficult to meet the requirements, and the surface of the product has good gloss.
